1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TableCore ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TableCore provides cloud-based restaurant operating system software for restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues, including:

• Order management and table service
• Payment processing and fiscal compliance
• Kitchen display systems
• Menu and inventory management
• Reporting and analytics
• Staff management and access controls

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are based on the license tier selected. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment is due upon invoice receipt
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Use the Service to compete with us

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• You retain ownership of your business data
• We store data securely in EU-based servers
• We comply with GDPR and Spanish data protection laws
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics

7. Fiscal Compliance

TableCore is designed to comply with Spanish fiscal regulations (Veri*Factu, TBAI). However:

• You are ultimately responsible for fiscal compliance
• You must configure the system correctly for your jurisdiction
• You should consult with tax professionals
• We provide tools but do not offer tax advice

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency updates for security or stability
• Temporarily suspend service for technical issues

We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by TableCore and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party payment processors and other services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for data loss (you should maintain backups)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TableCore from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• You: Cancel your subscription at any time (no refunds for unused time)
• Us: Terminate for breach of terms with 7 days' notice
• Us: Terminate immediately for serious violations

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, data may be deleted.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
