Ingredient - Level Inventory
For venues that need more than just simple product counts, our Advanced Inventory system tracks the raw materials behind your dishes.
1. Ingredient Database
In Admin > Inventory > Ingredients , you can define your raw stock(e.g., "Whole Milk", "Avocados", "Beef Fillet").
** Unit of Measure **: Track by gram, ml, unit, or crate.
** Threshold Alerts **: Set "Low Stock" levels.The system will alert the POS when an ingredient is running thin.
2. Recipe Mapping
Link your menu items to your ingredients.
** Example **: A "Classic Burger" might consume 200g of "Beef Fillet" and 1 "Burger Bun".
** Automatic Depletion **: When the item is sold on the POS, the corresponding weights are deducted from your ingredient totals in real - time.
3. Supplier Invoice Processing(OCR)
Tired of manual data entry ? Use the Invoices tool( Admin > Inventory > Invoices ).
** Digital Scan **: Upload a photo or PDF of your supplier invoice.
** AI Extraction(OCR) **: Our system reads the invoice, identifies the line items, and matches them to your ingredient list.
** Price Tracking **: The system tracks price fluctuations from suppliers over time, helping you identify when your COGS(Cost of Goods Sold) is rising.
4. Stock Takes
Perform regular digital "count-ups" to sync your physical stock with the system.Any discrepancies are highlighted as "Wastage" or "Unknown Loss" in your financial reports.
