Unified Delivery Management

TableCore integrates with major delivery platforms to streamline your takeout operations.Instead of managing multiple tablets, all orders flow directly into your Kitchen Display System(KDS).

Supported Platforms

We support direct integration with the following services via our Unified Webhook or aggregator partners:

** Uber Eats **
** Deliveroo **
** Glovo **
** Just Eat **
** Deliverect ** (Aggregator)

* UrbanPiper (Aggregator)

How it Works

1. Order Ingestion : When a customer places an order on Uber Eats, the platform sends the data to your VeriFactu system in real - time.

2. Auto - Accept : The system automatically accepts the order(if configured) and prints the kitchen ticket.

3. KDS Routing : The order appears on the KDS with a specific "Delivery" tag and the courier's pickup time.

4. Menu Sync : Your stock levels in VeriFactu are synced back to the delivery platforms to prevent orders for out - of - stock items.

Configuration Steps

To enable delivery integrations:

1. Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Delivery .

2. Select your provider(e.g., Deliverect).

3. Copy your unique Webhook URL (e.g., `https://tablecore.app/api/integrations/delivery/...`).

4. Paste this URL into your delivery partner's dashboard settings.

5. Map your menu items: Ensure the SKUs in the delivery platform match the SKUs in VeriFactu.

Troubleshooting

Order Not Appearing ?

Check the Admin > Reports > Delivery Logs to see if the webhook was received.Common issues include mismatched SKUs or invalid API keys.

Wrong Price ?

Delivery platforms often have marked - up prices.VeriFactu stores the price paid by the customer as sent by the platform, ensuring your reporting is accurate.
