TableCore integrates with major reservation platforms to show all your bookings directly on your floor plan.

The Fork Integration
To connect your restaurant's The Fork account:
1. Navigate to Admin > Integrations > Reservations .
2. Find The Fork and click "Connect".
3. Enter your Restaurant ID (found in your The Fork Manager URL).
4. Authorization is automatic.
How it Works
* Visual Table Status : Reserved tables appear with a "clock" icon on your floor plan 30 minutes before arrival.
* Arrival Notification : When the booking time arrives, the table flashes on the POS to alert staff.
Walk - ins vs Bookings
The system intelligently merges walk - ins with your reservation grid.If a table is reserved for 8:00 PM, the POS will warn staff if they try to seat a walk -in at 7: 30 PM, calculating if there is enough turn - time availability.
