Reward your most frequent guests by automatically moving them into higher benefit tiers as they spend.

In Admin > Loyalty > Tiers, you can define your progression ladder:
2. Automated Progression
The system automatically tracks the "Lifetime Value" (LTV) of every member. When a customer crosses the spend threshold, they receive a push notification to their digital wallet pass updating them to their new tier.
3. Tier-Specific Vouchers
You can issue vouchers that are *only* invisible to specific tiers.
4. Accessing Tier Data
In your Reports > Loyalty, you can see a breakdown of your customer base. This allows you to identify your "Whales" (top 5% of spenders) and create targeted email or WhatsApp campaigns specifically for them.
