Customer CRM
VeriFactu includes a lightweight CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system to help you understand your regulars and manage house accounts.
1. Account Balances(Credit & Debt)
In Admin > Customers , you can see each guest's current balance.
* Pre - paid Credit : If a guest puts money on their account(e.g., a "Store Card" model), their balance will be negative.
** House Debt(Tabs) **: If you allow regulars to "Put it on my tab", their balance will show as a positive debt.
** Settlement **: When a customer pays off their debt, you record a "Payment to Account" on the POS, which clears their balance.
2. Detailed History
Tapping the History button on any customer profile shows every transaction they've ever made.
* Item Breakdown : See exactly what dishes they ordered on a specific date.
** Payment Methods **: Track if they usually pay by card, cash, or loyalty points.
** Visit Frequency **: Identify your most loyal customers by seeing how often they visit your venue.
3. CRM at the POS
When you search for a customer at the POS:
** Smart Tags **: See if they have allergies, are "VIPs", or have a high outstanding balance.
** Quick Add **: Staff can quickly create a new customer record from the "Pay" screen by capturing a name and phone number.
