Managing AI Constraints

MaîtreAI shines when it handles guests with specific physical or lifestyle requirements. To do this, you must first "Teach" the engine about your physical layout.

1. Tagging Your Floor Plan

Go to Admin > Floor Plan and select a table. In the Attributes menu, you can apply standardized tags:

**♿ Wheelchair Accessible **: Tables on the ground floor with wide path clearance.
**🐾 Dog Friendly **: Tables in designated sections or near the entrance.
**🪟 Window Seat **: High - priority tables for yield - scoring bonuses.

2. How the AI Uses Tags

When a guest mentions a requirement on WhatsApp(e.g., * "I'm in a wheelchair" *) or a staff member tags a booking on the POS:

** Filter Logic **: The engine immediately excludes all tables * without * the matching tag.
** Scoring Bonus **: If a guest * prefers * a window but doesn't *require* one, the scoring engine gives a bonus to window tables during allocation.

3. Global House Rules

In the AI Bot Settings , you can set global policies. If you uncheck "Family Friendly", the bot will politely inform guests that the venue is adults - only when children are mentioned in the conversation.
