The Executive Dashboard
The Executive Dashboard (Admin > Reports) is your customizable cockpit for tracking business health.
1. Widget Management
Every user can have a different dashboard layout.
**Add Widget**: Choose from Revenue, Profit, Top Sellers, Leakage, and more.
**Drag & Drop**: Click "Customize" to enter edit mode, then drag widgets to reposition them.
**Resize**: Some widgets can be toggled between "Small" (Square) and "Wide" (Full Row) views.
2. Reporting Basis (Accrual vs Cash)
Use the Basis Toggle to change how your numbers are calculated:
**Order Basis (Accrual)**: Shows sales when the order is *served*. Good for tracking floor performance.
**Payment Basis (Cash)**: Shows sales when the money is *collected*. Best for VAT reconciliation and bank matching.
3. Training Mode Toggle
If you use the system for staff training, those "fake" orders can ruin your real data.
**Filter Training**: Toggle the "Training" button to hide or show orders created in training mode.
**Safety First**: Ensure this is *Off* when preparing your official end-of-month accounts.
